Mrs. Meltem Kurtsan
Pharmacist, Patent and Trademark Attorney
Meltem Kurtsan is
graduated from Istanbul University Pharmacy Faculty in 1982. She worked in
different management levels of Kurtsan Pharmaceuticals Inc. She is the President
of Kurtsan Group of Companies. (www.kurtsan.com) since
2004.
During her career she
is attended Harvard Business School OPM (Owner President Management) Program
during three summers.She is nominated as
Global Leader for Tomorrow by World Economic Forum at
1999.
She passed the exams
at Turkish Patent Institute and became Trademark and Patent Attorney in the
2001.She founded MK
Consultancy Training at 2002. Since then she is the General
Manager.
She lead the Turkish
Business Women and founded Kagider - Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey
www.kagider.org at 2002. She was president
since 2006.
She held the
coordinator position of TUSMES (Turkish Universities, SMEs and Science Centers Integration to
Europe) Project, which is funded by the
European Commission within the Sixth Framework Program between the dates of
January 1st 2004 – April 30th 2005. www.tusmes.com
Meanwhile, Kurtsan is
doing her masters degree at Istanbul University Pharmacy Faculty, Phytotherapy
Department.
Mr. Umut Gumusbas
Umut Gumusbas is graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department
of Biological Sciences and then completed Neurophysiology Master Program at the
same university in 2003.
He has been working in the pharmaceutical sector since 2004. May 2008, he has
joined MK Consultancy Training as Regulatory Affairs Department Manager.
Mr. Gumusbas, who serves in many projects as a specialist in preparation,
submission and follow-up of the regisration application for generic and original
pharmaceuticals dossiers in Turkey, has also participated to Docubridge CTD-eCTD
program training held by Lorenz Archive Systems/ Frankfurt. He is also
specializing on European Regulatory Procedures (CTD submission, eCTD, CP,DCP,
MRP, NPs of European Countries) by joining an exchange program between

partners which MK Consultancy is being a member of.
Mr. Mustafa Karabulut
Trademark Attorney
Mustafa
Karabulut graduated from
Middle East
Technical University, Faculty of Education,
Department of Science and Mathematics in 2006. He became Trademark Attorney in 2007 after passing the exam done by Turkish Patent
Institute..
After 2 years of experience in an international company as a Trademark Attorney, he joined the MK
Consultancy Training to work as
Intellectual Property Rights Responsible.
Meanwhile, he continues his masters
degree at Kultur University, in Quality and Production
Management Department.
Ms. Dilek Tuna
Dilek Tuna has been working as assistant in MK Consultancy Training since
November 2005.
